Hi everyone! I’m Nathan and I joined The MISSION Group in September 2024 as a Resourcing Business Partner, based out of our Filleigh office in North Devon. I live in Taunton and bring a people-first approach to recruitment, shaped by experience across the UK and New Zealand.

I’ve worked in roles spanning high-volume, specialist, and project-based recruitment, supporting both candidates and hiring managers through the full hiring journey. For me, recruitment is all about treating people as individuals, building trust, and creating positive experiences from the very first conversation. I’m passionate about partnering closely with teams to understand their needs, offer strategic advice, and help shape an inclusive and engaging talent experience across the Group.

Before joining The MISSION Group, I spent several years in recruiting roles across New Zealand, working with a range of industries and developing a love for fast-paced environments where communication and collaboration really matter.

Outside of work, I’m a big rugby fan (25 years on the field, now unfortunately just a spectator), enjoy CrossFit and hiking, and I’m a bit of a foodie — always on the lookout for new cuisines and places to eat.
