Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Hi everyone! I’m Gemma and I joined The Mission Group in March 2024 as a Resourcing Business Partner based out of the London office. I have nearly 10 years experience in recruitment and account management within the marketing and advertising industry. I’ve partnered with both PLCs and independent agencies supporting talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience. For me, recruitment is about more than filling roles - it’s about treating people as individuals and building meaningful connections.

Before switching to recruitment, I worked as an Account Manager in creative, production and integrated agencies in London and West Sussex.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places with my dog, discovering great food spots, and spending quality time with friends and family. I’m lucky enough to live near the Brighton coast and I love nothing more than a seaside stroll!
