I’m Alex a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at MISSION Group, where I help our brilliant agencies find, attract and hire exceptional talent. I work across a wide range of roles, from creatives to corporate, always with a focus on inclusive, people-first recruitment. I’m passionate about understanding what makes people tick, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and making the hiring process feel seamless, human and genuinely valuable for everyone involved.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two, a keen runner (I recently completed the Bristol Half Marathon and raised nearly £3,000 for The Grand Appeal and Cots for Tots!), and a self-confessed bookworm who’s never far from a novel or a theatre ticket. I love live events, good food (especially cooking it even if my kids would happily live on pasta), and being out in nature. I bring that same energy and curiosity into my role always learning, always listening, and always up for a chat about how we can make work better for everyone.
